It can be easier to talk about your thoughts and feelings outside of the therapy room. We offer eco therapy one to one counseling sessions where we will walk together for 1 hour in a mutually agreed natural setting and explore areas of your life that you would like to work on.
We may also use some Mindfulness based practice which is about bringing our awareness to being in the present moment, slowing down, and taking the time to breathe. In our sessions we will bring our attention to the beautiful natural world that surrounds us and how we experience it.
